It could be a number of things, from what you say to them, to what your profile says, or depending on what their looking for.

1-In your profile text you talk about sticking produce in your butt. you might want to remove that (from your profile and from your butt).

2-Add more detail to your profile text to say more about yourself.

3-In your profile text and in your messages and emails to Mistresses remember to tell them what you can do to serve them, rather than tell them what you want from them. A slave serves the Mistress.

4-In your profile you say your looking for switch women. Some Mistresses might not want a guy who wants a switch.

Search for "How to find a woman"
Read Stephann's post.
Evaluate what it is that you actually want, in the real world:
cyber play & phone play, both of which qualify as fantasy masturbation fodder;
or real world, real life, real time interaction that might, just maybe, lead to an actual BDSM relationship.
Start evaluating your screen name, your profile, and your approach.

In general how often have you dated?  Are you good at meeting people?  Are you comfortable talking to a woman in general?  Do you have female friends?  Have you had long term relationships?

If the answers to those questions are yes, then it is just a matter of time.
If the answer to the questions is no or on some is no, take some classes on meeting people.  Dating classes, conversation classes, etiquette classes, speech classes.
