What items should a dungeon contain in order to be considered well-stocked?
I mean aside from the obvious restraints, floggers, and paddles.
What are the more interesting toys, tools, and furniture pieces? The things that most people don't have? The things that make you go "Oooh!! What is that?!"

Well, it depends on what that the persons using it like to do. I'm assuming actual equipment in the dungeon, rather than decorum, and price is no object.

I myself would love a jail cell. Aside from that, a X-frame, a spanking horse and a bondage bed are musts. But also concider the periphery, such as blankets, something for drinks, and a decent first aid kit.

A rig for suspension, whether it be a frame or a joist intergrated system, I would imagine would be high on most players lists. Persons into AB/DL play would likely like to see a changing table, crib or other nursery related items including a goodly supply of diapers. A massage table is a nice versitile piece of equipment, as is any variation of cages, standing, cramped or lying down. A examination table is a must for medical play.

I would consider a fire extinguisher as I like fireplay. Violet wand and TENS units.

And of course something like a shower area with a hose so I can spray her down.

I have heard of folks having a padded room for their straightjacketed 'patients, but never actually seen one.

But this is only my take.

FR: Well, I think a Judas Cradle is a must. A Poire de' torture is a nice little portable play thing. A Spanish Spider is nice if your intended victims are women. And of course you need a rack. If nothing more that to sit around with your fellow fetishists and say "Nice Rack!"

Personally I enjoy medical equipment

My well equipped Dungeon would have,

St Andrews crosses.
Whipping posts.
Kneeling bench.
Spanking bench.
Suspension of some type.
Bondage or medical exam table.
Cages. "suspended or floor".
Bondage chair.
Throne or worship chair of some type.

Music sound system.
Indirect lighting of some type. I prefer halloween type flame lights.
Fans for warm days and radiant heaters for cold ones.
First aid and fire extinguisher area.
Blanket and pillows for aftercare .
Small social area with couches, loveseats and over stuffed chairs. Also works well for subbie aftercare.
Refreshment and snack area.
Last but not least... cleaning supplies for cleaning up the equipment after use.

Decorative accents for mood.
