I did. I was with insane Kiwis and couldn't come up with a decent excuse.

It's funny: Whenever we said "But everyone was doing it!" as kids, Mom would always ask "And if everyone were jumping off a bridge, would you do that too?"

Turns out the answer was yes.

you see..the reason you had buzzer problems..is simple...

your fingers are wasted typing here all day long...therefore the stress of being on cm for your fingers meant you were too slow on that buzzer.

should have had a V8 before you started to play.

DC cograts on making the show...from someone who has tested twice and come up short ...way to go...and yes I will test again ,have to wait one year between tests...mike

Well, it's good news and bad news.

The good news is that I got only one question wrong. Pretty pleased about that.

The bad news is twofold.

First, I didn't get to answer all that many questions because I had trouble getting the hang of the buzzer, with the result that the other contestants generally rang in first.

Second, the one question I did get wrong was a Daily Double on which I'd bet the ranch. I feel a little cheated since (a) I honestly think the question was poorly written and (b) in the movies, risking it all always pay off!

Bottom line: third place. But a great adventure.
