Status: offline 		I broke my favorite vibrator,and sadly can not remember or find the name of it on it.  Over the years I have purchased many, most were hunks of junk. I enjoy clitoris stimulation for orgasm, I like to play with them in the shower at times, preferring mini sizes as opposed to big 10" ones. 
Today  I was at a shop called Lotions and Lace, they had so many different sizes, and types I was very confused. I was wondering, if any one had a favorite they could recommend?

if you don't want the hitachi, I've got nothing else for ya..  I have destroyed every single vibrator I ever owned except for my hitachi..

Status: offline 		hey bsb, did i tell you i checked out at the sexpo a few months ago about the hitachi?

they don't import them. and if you DO happen to get one, none of those wussy little converters will work with it. you need to get the cement block size converter or they blow them out.

i guess i'll be waiting til i go back for a while and invest in one.

wonder if duty free shops have them?

Status: offline 		Definately the Hitachi.  But I am surprised you cannot get an easy convertor.  I have one and I imported mine from the states very easily.

Status: offline 		Well you need to stay away from the Hitachi...primarily because it plugs into the wall and the a/c current will fry you while you're in the shower.

There are a lot of water proof vibrators out there.  However its to each their own taste to.

I completely agree with this. Plus it doesn't take batteries so it saves money. And the vibrations it provides are like none other.

Status: offline 		I agree. I'm hell on a vibrator, but the Hitachi definitely shows me who's boss.  If you like a powerful vibration there's nothing better, well maybe a Road King, but the exhaust fumes in the bedroom can be a bit unpleasant.

Status: offline 		For christmas, I just got mine a LELO.  I also had gotten tired of the utterly ludicrous quality level in most vibrators.  Surely, I said to myself, someone somewhere had to have sat down and said to themselves, "How the heck do you do this right?"  These guys are not cheap, but the construction quality shows in everything.  They run for 400 years on a charge and a recharge takes an hour from empty to full.  The vibrations are adjustable both in intensity and type.  And the thing is built with a very serious amount of quality.  Highly recommended.

Status: offline 		Maya2001 mentioned the Pocket Rocket, which is really a wonderful, and surprisingly powerful little external wand.  Doc Johnson also produces the Pocket Rocket Jr., a smaller version, but also a bullet, still waterproof, and quite strong for its size.

It really depends on what all exactly you are looking for, on what advice I could give though.  Internal?  External only?  Outer casing material (silicon/jelly, rubber, hard plastic, metal, etc...)?  Price range?  Size?  Corded/wireless/self contained?  Bullet/wand/realistic(esque)?

Hehe, sometimes it's damned awesome and fun to work in an adult store.

The slender tulip wand is easily my favorite of all of the toys I own.  It's not only great for females, but males as well.  Durable and reliable, we've had ours for... oh...  I want to say about 7 years now.  The only minor complaint I could ever attribute to it, is that it's not waterproof.
