Rochester is a nice little place with some fantastic places to dine. Toms Oyster Bar is just yummy. The Seafood Risotto is just wow wow good.

Ok... so FINALLY getting your seeing eye dog AND kink all at the same time - and in MICHIGAN.. what could be better than that (and cheesecake of course)?!

Ok.. so.. we have people who are from Ohio and would like to be a part of this Fabulous Michigan Clique (FMC)...
and now there's someone from Georgia who will, for a short while be fabulous member of the FMC. Not to mention LadyPact's desire to someday be a member.

so...*donning my Welcome Wagon Lady hat* (cause I'm sweet like that) ... what typically and perhaps a bit specifically should be part of our FMC Welcoming basket?

And a printed version of the rules regarding what can be saved from a text message does NOT count.

Well, I think we should allow People We Like, regardless of where they live!  Because I am a total snobby beeeeeeeeeeyotch!![:D]

And they should bring the appropriate offerings of food, of course, or at least STORIES about food. 

I know the cool places to hang out, I am just trying to warn everyone and plan ahead so that I can actually get something done.  There will be Wicked, for sure, and maybe Space, but shoot, it's ROCHESTER, at the very least there's Rochester Mills.  So, keep it in mind, anyway.

I wish MoGA was coming to California to get her seeing eye dog.  My sister raises/socializes pups for the organization here, and then she takes them back to San Francisco for their training, then when they graduate and get matched to an owner, she goes to the doggy graduations.  That would be cool to have MoGA get one of our "family" pups.

Mom and I were toying with the idea of socializing a puppy, but it is SO much work + puppies are HELL.  Too cool that your sister does it, Cali!  Is it hard for her to give up the babies?

The worst part is once you get them socialized and they have wormed their way into your heart you have to give them back:(  PS you have to get the bread from cruze and muir (sorry about the spelling) about a mile north of the school where I asume you will be picking up your dog.

Some of the links in RS post may no longer be active...he did say it was older information. I noticed that West Michigan Rope wasn't on there and I know that group is going strong.

edited to add that I just clicked the link on it for the Flint Munch Information page....and it listed the munch as being held at Walli's. It hasn't been there in years.

Thanx for broken/missing link report.  True, this info is copied from an older post and I didnt check all the links.  Please feel free to copy/merge/paste etc and compile a new updated link list.

It has been sitting on my webmaster’s ‘to do’ list. 
I’ve been working on launching a network of webs ever since the 1st and have been strapped.

All the links work, I just tested them.  They all work. 
Did you know you have to sign into those yahoo_groups before you can visit? Did you know you have to login for the for fetlife links from mist as well?

Looking at the Battle Creek site, it would appear nothing has been posted/added to it since 2002, thinking that group has fallen by the wayside.. 

Not trying to pick apart the list, just noted that there has been no activity at all for around 5 years [:)] and, Mistress and i do look for groups closer to home for us lol
 
A few that i do know are active in the same area would be:
 
Kalamazoo (KINK) munch- yahoo group - meets first saturday of the month in Kalamazoo area: they also have a wednesday evening munch, not sure which weeks those are....

Flint munch---who's going?  Do I want to?  I have a new person who works on Saturdays (naturally. [&:]) but does have Fridays off, so I am pondering the munch issue again, after ages of just never going to them.

If you mean the one this coming weekend we won't be there....we have a river rafting trip with about 30 other couples this weekend. We will be going to the other Flint munch on the 6th.

P.S.......hope you like your new suspension cuffs [;)]
