I love the smell of the raku smoke too, which is burning leaves and newspaper.  Tobacco smoke is NOT the same.  How come cigars are great to smoke, but smell so ghastly?

I love the smell of some of the pipe tobacco but can't smell it when Im smoking it. Whats up with that.

I fully agree with you LH. Hubbypet is having eye surgury next week, and then on the other eye the week after that, and will be out of commision for play basicly for the rest of the month. whinessssssssssssssss. He has cataracts, and they will be doing one eye at a time, but have warned him any activity during this time could couse the new lens to dislodge, or his eye to explode or some crap, damn it.
The good news........ yes!!!! my company who has been staying with me for the last month and a half, is moving outttttttttttt this weekend yesssssssssssssssssss. I love my friends dearly but living with them is hard.....lol

we are using Dr. Reed out of Toledo, he came pretty highly recomended. It should be a pretty simply surgery, and hopefully hubbypet will come out bright eyed and seeing clearly again.

He will notice the difference the next day. He will have his surgery in the morning. You will take him home and he will be ok in the morning. They will do one eye at a time.

yes, just got the call on the time and such...... 7:45 am geez could it be a bit earlier? lol  they are doing eye number one on the 12th, eye number 2 on the 19th.
The next day he still has to go to work, so I have to drive him into work, and back...... grrrrrrrr the things you do when you love your slave......lol

Best of luck to the adorable FriarTuckSlave!!  I am sure all will go well, but DO listen to the keeping still and not leaning forward or lifting heavy things, it is SO annoying to have to get the surgery redone!

I didn't go to Exotica, but I heard some very poor reviews about it.

I have this theory that snow is evil and hell is really cold.  Maybe if I learned how to play in it, I'd be happier to see it.  Winter just makes me want to hibernate in bed, eat chocolate and have sex all the time.
