have you checked under the house? and the roof cavity? When they arrive, do they hit the same room first each time? Check the carpets, in the corners in particular and behind stuff against walls, if a hole has developed the carpet could be hiding/discguising it. Also check for broken winows, the corners and where the wall meets the window frames, inside and out, build up of moisture can rott the wood around windows ... and every square inch of the bathroom and laundry areas. If this reveals nothing on a windy day light a candle and wander around the house to detect any air movement and check how the 'wind' gets into the house - you may find a draft spot or a bigger access for the flies ... also go to the nursery and buy some cheep herbs plants that repel flies ... take them with you when you move.
