Ok so I have a sub who would like extrem medical play.

She has had a finger and thum inserted into her cervix and been dialated, She now wants more, I have warned her about the potential risks of infection and infertility etc  and the PAIN, However she is adament she wants to push on with it (Pardon the pun)

So any doms out there who have actually done this ? I have dialated a cervix with a finger and thumb myself but not any further.

Thanks

Are you a doctor??  Because, in my opinion you most certainly are not a Dominant.  You seriously feel the need to go against common sense and medical safety just because this submissive WANTS it?

What if she wanted to be hobbled ala Stephen King's 'Misery'?  You always do whatever your submissives tell you to do?

i mean really, what the hell?  Does she have a kangaroo fantasy and want to use her uterus to carry her spare change or something?  Why would she need to have her cervix dilated at all and how freaking much do you think it should be dilated?  Big enough for a softball?  You cannot be serious.  Are you ready for hemmorage?  Jail?

Yeah, it's really closed up tightly for a reason.  Extreme Restraints used to sell a horse-sized speculum, not sure if they still do.  Since what it's meant to be used on is meant to stretch, it's much safer.  Maybe the frighteningly large size will appeal to her?

I believe the instrument called a "uterine sound" would be more appropriate for dilating and penetrating the cervix.  Here is one example:  http://www.medicalresources.com/shopping/proddisplay.asp?catalogid=2239

There is also a dilator that has more of a scissor action:  http://www.medicalresources.com/shopping/proddisplay.asp?catalogid=2221

Isnt the point of a discussion bord to discuss ?

I could understand your reply if I had said "I didnt want to, the sub made me do it, now what do I do" but I didnt, I used the resources open to me and got advise, Then I choose how to progress.

Hopefully your sub is past the age of wanting to reproduce, because if you persist in dilating her cervix with your fingers there is a good possibility that  she will end up with pelvic inflammatory disease, or an incompetent cervix.   Bad idea, really baaaaddddd idea.

This might be fun for the two of you , but it is so not a good idea.

As this womans dom you are the one who needs to exercise some restraint, and tell her no.

mmmmmmmmmmmmm sounds, dilation, causing blood..... yeah.  Sounds like a really hot time to me (I'm freakish like that).  Let's think about the cervix for a moment....it's purpose is to hold things in until they are ready to come out....itty bitty little ones and all. And! it's meant to do it as many times as it takes....whether it be one UM or 15 UMs...and those UMs are around 7 lbs.  It does its job unless something untoward happens.  OBGYNs go in and scratch those suckers all the time when they want to hasten a birth.  Hurts like a bitch.....but it works.

We are talking about a hand....maybe, at best, not even dinner plate in width and much more thin than any darn itty bitty.  If she wants to indulge in that sort of play once once in a while....ah, why not?  Oh...because of all those things others mentioned in the posts above me?  Well....make sure you are clean, gloved, short nails, darn well lubricated, and go SLOW; things will probably work out just fine.  Would I do this weekly or even monthly? Yeah, um no.  Would I indulge once or twice?  Oh yeah!

It hurts so damn good.  She will probably bleed.  She will probably cum.  She may get a yeast infection if you aren't clean.  Could she get PID from it? mmmm....maybe.  If you are very clean, not likely me thinks...but that's just my opinion.  I would never insert anything other than a clean gloved really well lubed finger or two.  Inserting something not of your body, that is something not attached to your body, you can't control it as well, thus if you hit something you shouldn't you may not realize it and you wouldn't want to break her, for goodness sake.  So stay away from skewers, speculums, (which aren't meant for anything beyond a vagina), sounds, etc.  I would also find someone who's done this, has profound knowledge and learn before you try.  But eh, that's just me.

Let's think some more about the cervix...while it's pretty darn closed up, it still has an opening...and any fluid that makes its way into the vagina carries all sorts of germs with it through the cervix....so the big huge worries about bacteria and stuff....if you've fingered her, she's already got em, if you've screwed her, she's already got em, even if your juice isn't in her...HER juice carries YOUR germs past the cervix and into the uterus or further.... tis true, folks.

Do some research...I bet its out there.

At the very least get yourself educated prior to performing , go buy some nursing text books and medical books .There are plenty of medical type things that can be done that are non damaging and non aggressive and far less invasive start out slow with those first .Damaging your partner is not a good thing , i do commend you  in asking and not just jumping in . check out medicaltoys.com for some ideas .

I used to work in surgery.  You would do well to learn sterile technique if you're serious about this.  Very few people can do a proper scrub & put on gloves without contaminating themselves.  It's not difficult, just tedious & MUST be done in order.  I've seen plenty of gyn jobs, the surgeons are NOT gentle with the dilators. (shrug)  You could probably even get your instruments properly sterilized if you're clever and resourceful.  I hope you are/do.

Yes the cervix has a (very) small opening, and yes, potentially, whatever is in the vagina can track into the uterus.  However in real time, the mucus membranes of the vagina create an atmosphere where bacteria not typically found in the vagina is killed. That is why women don't have constant yeast infections.

When you bypass the safeguard of the vagina, then you can introduce all sorts of bacteria into the uterus, and from the uterus into the peritoneum. Think peritonitis.   PID can certainly cause this.

Hope she has medical insurance.   and her doctor thanks you for her business.

My last slave was very passionate about stretching and medical play. Somehow in the course of several years either by my interraction, the interraction of others or her frequent use of douche she developed pelvic inflammatory disease. Think extreme menopause symptoms... aching and painful joints, extreme hormonal imbalance ie, emotional imbalance, hot and cold flashes, abdominal pain etc... Horrible experience and one to be avoided in every way possible. Good luck

Don't know what to tell you, sport. You say "she wants more", and then you ask if any of us "have done it". Done what? More of what? Can you be more specific?

As an aside, you're asking us to give you advice on activities that are illegal in this country, as well as in yours, you can go to jail for causing permanent damage, and she can take you to court, later, as well. You'd be surprised how many subs have second thoughts, five years later.

This thread is better than 2 months old, kids. I'd venture to guess the OP has made a decision by now....
