i'm grateful for a lot of things ...too many to list however i'm specifically grateful for one thing - giving my oldest UM a 2nd chance in life.

8yrs ago this week (actually July 26th) she was involved in a traumatic accident in which she should have died on the scene. luckily and thankfully she didn't because i don't know how different my life would be today if she had. she's here with us and it's all that matters.

1. My munchkins - they make my life worth living
2. Good friends - who listen, laugh and love me for who I am
3. Chocolate - without which I could not make it through the week!

sheeeesh...i could type forever on this topic.

-for Jim and our son

-that never ever has a bad thing happened that has not had several good things with it

-for the ability to recongize the good things

-for friends

-for my faith

-for everything...good and not so good...that has made me who i am today

-and for dirty dishes. Yes damnit...dirty dishes! So many are hungry and/or homeless that i thank God for the dirty dishes and a sink to wash them in.
