Question for any moderator? How can obvious art pass for "pictures you took yourself"? Lady Ascot, not one but two Jack Vettriano's. Such double standards. Thank you for your time.

Yeah, they pretty much deny that stuff. I've tried in the past to post photos of my artwork, (stuff I've painted myself, that is) and they said it was unacceptable. I suppose it's a backhanded compliment... it looks professionally done.

Thank you, the.dark. Just mouthing off realy. One of My favourite artists and someone whom I know, so just surprised when I saw them here.

Thats weird. I tried to upload some of my artwork on here and they shot me down. While mine werent paintings the few that I had were incorporated with BDSM, sort of anime stylized though. CM wasnt having it though and I wasnt trying to use them as my main pic.

The reviewers are human, and with the unbelievable numbers of pictures submitted every day , mistakes are made. It is highly possible a supervisor has not been able to review the reviewers yet. If you send a message to Support, in this particular case, I would think that they would take care of it promptly(as it is would not be hard for them to judge the veracity of the report you made).

Oh and ftg, she did indeed have one as her main and the other as a support, it was how I spotted them. As I stated, just surprised.

It still would not be acceptable as a primary photo, even if it was their work.

Maybe CM feels there is a copyright problem with artwork, and is afraid of being sued.
