Okay it's a Fake. So that you guys know the girls in question never had Poo in thier mouthes and I can teach you all how to do your own two girls one cup if you like. It requires Instant Mashed Potatoes Food Coloring and Mine Snickers. The Vomit on the other hand may or may not have been real I haven't seen the actual Movie just the Clips. I must admit the first time I watched it I was a little disturbed too untill my friend pointed out the snickers Bar Scene and then we figured out the rest by showing it to FX interested Film Students. When you realize what it is you will see that it isn't half as bad as Eel Girls That one is VERY real and just creepy as hell. Steel
