I'm not sure if this is the right place- but it seems to fit here better than other places: In Albuquerque, NM, there is a huge warehouse filled with leather and furs. The company, RL Cox, has no website. They don't even have a computer. But they have leather... A LOT of leather. In lots of weights, colors, and in lots of finishes. There are no finished goods, just fur and hides. I don't have a fetish for leather and the smell when I enter still makes me happy. Depending on whether or not you want scraps or whole full hides, it costs between 50 cents to $4US per square foot for leather. Most full hides are under $100. You can't see any of their wares online, but you can call them and say I need a piece which is 5 feet by 3 feet black finished and give them your credit card and they will find it and ship it to you. Or you can go in and get completely overwhelemed. I'm posting because if I didn't know about them, I'd really want to be told. Hug!
