From the aspect of sanitation and cleanliness, an enema is something i would personally be open towards for any type of anal play my Mistress and i would be involved in. i do not downplay anyone's fondness of enemas as erotic and stimulating. i however have some hesitation towards it being used as anything other than preparation. Safety, cleanliness, and sanitized, these are three major factors in any type of play that increase fun, passion, and more over intimacy between a Dominant and slave.

While an enema a day may keep your mistress' wrath away, it can also lead to some nasty medical conditions. The black colon reference is just one of many bad things that can happen. Part of what keeps you "regular" is a whole host of beneficial bacteria that work to break down waste in the intestines. These little buggers get washed out by an enema but tend to re-grow within a day or 2 depending on your diet. But a daily enema might not give them enough time to recover. Yogurt with active cultures can help. I've heard some people extole the virtues of a yogurt enema. Uhm.. yeah... sure... no problem... whatever works for you... As with most body-related issues, there are no hard and fast rules. I would recommend a regular checkup by your doc if you're a frequent user of enemas. The 1st conversation might be a little difficult: "Uhm, doc, my girlfriend (use mistress/master if you're really brave!) insists that I take an enema every day. Well, frankly, after having worked in the medical profession for one too many years, we have a non arousing association with enemas and douches. Enemas are used prior to some colonoscopies or other intestinal procedures. Douches were used in the day when women were somehow convinced that their genitals naturally produced repulsive odors and discharges. In either case, if a slave/sub actually medically needed to do either procedure, that would be fine... out of ear shot, out of viewing, and out of thought. I have never yet done an enema but I have a growing fascination along the lines of Leatherist as a form of humiliation. As I am receiving end for anal play/sex, enema is must part of preparation for play. I usually go with 2-3 small (0.5-0.75l) clean, warm water, and it is pretty neutral procedure. It gives nice feeling of being clean (no risk of unpleasant 'discoveries') and relaxed. However when it is a part of scene, I find it humiliating, practically when forced to expel in front of others. It deprives you of remains of control over your own body, especially when you are restrained. As well enemas, beside of humilitation factor, can be very painful and exhausting. High volume - 2-3l (some can take 4l even) and/or retention (with special nozzles that prevents from expelling) gives enormous cramps and literally sucks energy out. After receiving 2 such in a row I was shaking so much I could barely stand.
