3 huh? Like those 'remote control that got lost in the flab' type pics? Those may help me avoid wanting to eat dinner, therefore being a great diet assistance. Or it might just make me gross and go binge on that carton of icecream in the freezer. So.. details?

Do not make the same mistake I made and attempt to research the original question... at least no research involving photos.
