Hi Michael,
As a former lecturer in the field, I could recommend some Women's Studies Conferences where that might happen to you, especially if you sent an "incendiary bomb" before you arrived in person. You should read Kaplan and these other very butch lesbian S/M enthusiasts.....never say never.

You do NOT want to enlarge the opening. In fisting what is done is that the subject learns both consciously and unconsciously to relax the muscles to allow the fist to enter. After fisting, the vaginal opening returns to its original size.

This is done by slowly building confidence both in the subject's mind and in her body that what is happening is not harmful. Pain is definitely contra-indicated since an automatic response to that is a clenching of muscles.

One way this can be accomplished is to use a body sling as the anal fisters use. By supporting every part of the body, it allows the subject to completely relax and holds the body in a very receptive position.

Fisting is not one of them - I have a thing about being too big after having kids although my Master says it is all in my head. I do astanga (power) yoga several times a week which gives wonderful control, even in your vagina - but still ...
