if you add someone to your favorites list, they will show up on that persons admirers list so if you have admirers, people have added you to their favorites a symbiotic thing

The people in your admirers list are people who have put you in their favorites list. So...you will show up on the admirers list of whoever you have put in your favorites list. Got it? Good.

No explanation makes sense to me. Many possibilities do come to mind. I agree it's odd behavior, but maybe they did you a favor. If they're that irrational at first glance, what might a deeper look reveal?
