Ok so I had the strangest notion just now:
Having a sub (I'm thinking female but it would work on males too!) wear a skirt and panties... on her face. Not just ordinary ones 'thrown over the head', I mean actually wearing them. The skirt is simple enough: a small skirt that goes around the head either over the nose (below the eyes) or below the nose (above the top lip). A kid's skirt would probably do. The panties would need to be custom made or customised - with a hole in the bottom for the neck, and an elasticated waistband. You would pull them down over the head so that the hole in the bottom was around the neck, and the waistband would sit about the same as that of the skirt.
