That photo seems familiar. Hey, aren't you the Senator from North Carolina who tried to run for President? Just kidding ;-) My first guess was that PSA is what NSA often really means: plethora of strings attached ;-) Given the context of your question, I wonder if it means personal services assistant. I wonder if she first was about to put down that she needed a personal assistant but then was worried that with an acronym for that people might think she wanted a piercing on her strap-on. I only know PSA to mean Public Service Announcement. Sorry I can't be of much help.

One more reason WHY you should not use abbreviations or 'chatt speak' in your profile. Not everyone knows what you are talking about. Seems like we've found one that almost no one knows what she was thinking.
