my partner and I have moved to Spain due to our work and we are trying to find out how BDSM is viewed over here. Ive tried searching the web but Ive not really found anything specific. Anything on the general legal attitudes would be handy, can anyone help ?

You have a bar in barcelona ( las 5rosas, if I am not mistaken).
I've never been there, be ppl that has and I know personaly told me they are very nice and open-minded.
However beware Spain can vary a lot from region to region.

I've trained and owned lots of slaves in Spain so there's got to be a bdsm scene there of some sort. I'll check with them via email and see what they say about it.

There is plentry of it around in sunny Spain, especially among the Germans. I have a sneaking suspicion you don't speak Spanish? If that is so, your nearest area for connecting would be the South of France, where the British mostly hang out. Without speaking the local language, or German to connect with the large German BDSM contingent in Spain, you will not get in.
