It's normally better to tie down the boy before CBT.  (Ok - I use chains... but that's just part of my kink.)  Restraints keep those reflexive movements from getting in the way.  It's hard to do anything when those hands keep trying to protect the package.

Yes, testicles can rupture, and once they do, I'm pretty sure that that's it for the little suckers.  You can rupture them BY HAND, just by squeezing and twisting them, and it doesn't take a lot of pressure to do so. 

Think about it...have you EVER seen a male gymnast on the balance beam????  One slip there, and it's ALL over!!!

This is where D/s goes from being a lifestyle form where a submissive gives total control over their bodies..and it's not just sex that seems to pre- occupy soo many here.  I have been in the scene for only 4 or 5 years and while CBT is fine up to individual limits, I have never heard of a sub male willingly wanting to have his "balls ruptured".  This is not
only dangerous to the sub but also "legally dangerous" to the Domme.  She would be wide
open for a felony if, God forbid, the male should have shock reactions or even a heart attack and die!  The Domme has total control...and TOTAL responsibility for safe, sane
play, and also legal risk that no one seems to discuss here.

Maybe it's me...but even should a subbie have extremely edgy limits, the Domme should
always be in control of the situation and stop when She thinks it appropriate.

Am I wrong in thinking this way??

You could be right, maybe the OP could use the balance beam idea from the post above and just do it to himself. We do have a gene pool to consider here.

hi cory.. the highlighted part is what I am addressing..

I respectfully disagree.. the onus of responsibility should NOT be all on the domme.. there is such thing as personal accountability.. in other words: if the person (regardless of which side of the slash they stand on) is dead set on doing something that is physically, legally or psychologically (I'm sure I've left out some of the '-ally's' here) detrimental to the other person... then the person at risk should be responsible for speaking up and saying "OH HELL NO" (or something to that effect....)
