Seriously, I don't NEED too many people, certainly not a slave. There is very little I NEED. Wants are an entirely different thing.

How much do I want a slave? 1) Enough to let it live in My house. 2a) Enough to allow it to sleep with Me, 2b) or buy a cage, lock it in every night, and let it out every morning.---This last is expensive and tedious! 3) Enough to help it with problems and to shield it from everyday minutiae. 4) Enough to take it to classes, parties, et cetera, and show it off to My friends. 5) Enough that I would actually CARE about it, and its needs. 6) Enough to teach it My protocols and My way of life. How much do I NEED a slave? A need is something without which one cannot live. I lived thirty-plus years of My life without a slave. So, "the need has not been established." I dont need a slave. I dont decide what I want a slave to be and then find a person to fill that. I DO however find a boy and make him into the slave I want. The role doesnt interest me, the person does. DV

What would a Master (or Mistress) want a slave to be? In all cases, obedient and willing. In most cases, someone who is intelligent and creative and can add to the enjoyment of both without having to be micromanaged. A good Dom/me will let a slave know exactly what they are looking for. While my Master might think of me as an excellent slave the next Master might be disappointed in my likes and dislikes. I could not slave for anyone, but chose someone that I trusted and had built up a friendship with first. We share many likes and dislikes and the trust is mutual. He gets His fulfillment through being in charge while I get mine from serving. There are times He needs me and times He simply wants me. I always need Him, and this is how He likes it.
