However, they are not that hard to make yourself. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hiIHtNsszHE It might not look that great but it functions just as well as the fancy ones.

Status: offline 		Floggers are simple to make. I craft them to sell, myself. A rope flogger's construction would probably require materials that one could even find at the local Walmart.

Status: offline 		You "could" try making one yourself. That way you will get exactly what you want.  Any good macromae(spelling ??) book will show you the basic knots to use and then it is a simple matter of setting aside the time to do it.

Here is an example of one I made in part of an afternoon.
