To be honest, I don't really know where to start! haha
I'm most interested in how the relationships between the life-long Masters and slaves work~

Welcome.  As far as life-long BDSM relationships go, you will notice several couples that post here.  Also some good books on the topic listed in a few threads.  try searching Book List, BDSM Books and stuff like that.
