This political cartoon sums up McCain's dillema, and why he has so much trouble staying on the RNC message and talking points.

Toles is such a great cartoonist. :)  Yeah, McCain has an uphill battle... he has to distance himself from the last eight years of nightmare leadership, and 1984 style manipulation. Trouble is, he seems to be embracing it instead.

McCains uphill battle has turned into a fast walk. O'Bamas trip to Europe hurt him. In the last 5 days he went from an 8 point lead to a vitual dead heat.

Yup, that "World Citizen" stuff won't get *any* candidate any "points" with the American People.
Well, maybe with the guys in their 40's, 50's and 60's who wear "pony tails."
And, unbeknownst to Obama I check my "tire pressure" once a week.
No "savings" there!
