Status: offline 		I have a few questions for all you Masters here..
So what got you Masters into the lifestyle?
How many slaves do you typically have at one time? (For those who have only one (1), is it because your bond is closer to that of a spouse or because you just only want one (1) at a time?)


Thought I had a few more, but I think all the zombie movies I've been watching today had an effect on meh brain T_T
I'll probably add a few more as they come to me.
I'm still a totally newbie to the lifestyle, but one of the best ways to learn is to ask! =]

Status: offline 		I got into the lifestyle slowly. Ever since I began dating in Jr. High all of my girlfriends had very submissive personality's, it was simply what attracted me. Over time I was able to act out fantasies and find what I enjoyed.

I only have 1 sub at a time because that is all I have time for.

So what got you Masters into the lifestyle?
*laughs*  Too convoluted to tell, but truly funny.  The short version is online experience with BDSM in second life.

How many slaves do you typically have at one time?
I have and want exactly one.  She is my best friend, my lover, my wife, and my slavegirl.   I tend to be very monogamous in my relationships and, as has oft been noted, this whole thing is just another relationship.

Status: offline 		What got me into it? That's a question maybe I'll be able to answer one day with the help of a psychologist, becasue I have know idea. I'm one of those people that's been into the lifestyle since before I knew it existed. Some of my earliest daydreams had strong BDSM overtones from about age 8 onward. I can remember wanting to own a slave since I was at least 11. Before I knew about consensual D/s most of my pre-pubesant fantasies had a Greek or Roman foundation. where I would buy a pretty young slave girl at the market and bring her home. At first she would be shy and timid. But through training would blossom into a beutiful happy well adjusted slave. So maybe some people are just hard wired for it.

As for number of slaves... Being polyamorus I tend to be happiest with two girls

Status: offline 		I've always had a more firm, take charge nature in my relationships; especially in the bedroom. My ex was japanese and had some experience in BDSM. I initially thought that she just loved rough, animalistic sex. After we were together for a bit she suggested I look into it as a sort of focused outlet for my natural dominance in the relationship. Bless her, for I loved it and have never looked back.

Status: offline 		I found my way into the BDSM scene in private, looking for SM and kinky sex. I then "put it away" to marry a vanilla man. Several years later, we had a discussion about what I wanted and we made an agreement: I could do whatever I pleased as long as there was no penis/vagina penetration*. So, I reentered for the SM and service oriented relationships. Now, I find Mastery, SM and to a certain extent sex,  to be integral parts of my spirituality.

I currently have one collared slave. anne has been collared for two and a half years. My dream is to have a poly household; I envision at least two living in the house with me and perhaps others living close by. However, whatever the Universe sends my way is what I will have...and I know that I will be fulfilled.

I don't think I could ever do the whole Slave thing, but it would be pretty close to that. (I just have majors issues with that type of authority and needing my independence)

Like I said, I'm totally new to the lifestyle, but its fascinated me for years.
Just hope I can find the right guy to 'show me the ropes'. =]

Status: offline 		I started out young in my teens training horses . Found out i was really good with a whip. Then later on in life my wife turn out to be a sub and its been that way ever sence. As for how many i have only her as a sub . But help D/  friends train there new ones. Every once in awhile taking a female in to train then send her back to her House

As for answering post, aswer them from the heart and mind and you wont go wrong

Welcome to the boards:)  Im in agree ment with MasterFire and MsStarlett...... read and learn from the posts that interest you, post if you have questions relevant to the section, or  use search if theres something you feel uncertain about bringing  out to the crowds..... post to threads in the off topic or polls and random stupidity or humour sections, your newness  to BDSM wont matter there and Im sure you have opinions that are just as valid as anyone elses:) And before you know it, you will zoom past the vanilla cone. As far as experience or lack of it? we were all there at once and a lot of people remember what it was like  and happy to help

I agree. If you are doing this to be a "master" to some lady, in my opinion, you have the wrong motives.
