In control 100% of the time? You mean he has to tell you when to breathe, what to chew, how to throw a load of wash in? I can't see anyone wanting to do that 24/7. Hopefully next time you will spend more time getting to know someone, and determine beforehand if you're compatible instead of telling everyone he's untrustworthy simply because he doesn't want to do things your way.
