i recently had jaw surgery and the two ball gags i have cause a bit of a problem. Does anyone know of something like an extra-small or really soft ball gag? i have to work my way back up, unfortunately v.v

there is always the ole panties stuffed into a mouth and taped in place with some non stick bondage tape , if your use'n a thong well that would be less of a diameter .

I saw a link the other day to a home made gag made from a doggy chew bone. I liked that idea for my puppies.

Maybe give one of these a try: http://www.stockroom.com/Soft-Ball-Gag-P1296.aspx I also once tried the sponge balls magicians use. The downside: the taste of these sponge balls is not very nice.

If you want really soft, due to your jaw problem, you might want to try making it yourself . Soft rubber balls and denser foam ones are usually available in the toy section of walmart or toy rus. Plus most of those are usually USDA approved, which means they are "supposedly " safe. Some sponges make interesting balls gags also. Especially if you have a tendency to drool if gagged for any duration
