As planned in a sense but the surgery was not an ordinary castration but full sexual reasignment surgery. I am still at the clinic where they have been wonderful to me and if all is well I can go home tomorrow or wens. I will still need much bed rest and further medical attension and will have to follow a strict aftercare routine. My mistress has seen me lots since the surgery and is very proud of me. I will try to update my journal with a few more details. Rowena

Rowena- we have spoken before and still wish you all the best. Mentally it sounds like your strength is in the convictions and wants of your Mistress. I gather, she does enjoy the fact that you are to willing to comply with her ideas concerning you. One thing that still escapes our disscusion is whether you will have surgery for you penis. Will it eventually disappear and somehow, through surgical means, become a vagina. Is ths a further plan in the future , or not. It would be wounderful if we could be enlightened from your Mistress postion on all of this . In any case congradualtions on finding your happyness

Rowena ~ i just want to say i am worried about you a little, if all of what you say is true, and not a fantasy.... or "part fantasy". Like.. i am almost positive that in the USA .. no "reputable" doctor will give a biological male breast implants without a psychological evaluation and without the biological man seeing a therapist (specializing in gender re-assignment) for at least a year, that includes them living and working as a female for at least that length of time too. So it's hard for me to imagine you flew in from the UK and had the prodecure done in the US, then left.. but... if it is all true (including the sexual reassignment surgery) i'm concerned. i'm 26, and not all that older than you. And... well, i know how i've changed from age 23 to 26 (in greater self acceptance... and self discovery).. and ... well, i'm concerned you might change too. It goes back to that whole "If you get a tattoo now... will you really like it in 10 years?"...? You're still young (i'm still young).. i'm not saying young is "stupid" but... a lot of times we don't really know ourselves completely...... and... i if you were going Male to Female because it was your desire to do so (if you believed your gender was female), i'd not be so concerned... but it's almost like.... you let someone else tell you to "get a tattoo", only... it's even more extreme than that. Sex-reassignment isn't reversible. If you aren't completely sure that you feel okay in a surgically created female body for all time.......... that might hurt you in the future. In the USA, anyway, over half of all marriages end in divorce. Maybe the statistics in the UK are "better", but you and your Mistress aren't married and statistically speaking the chance of you and her being together "forever" is less than 50/50 (which doesn't mean it's doomed but...). Anyway.... i guess i'm just worried about your future... if you did all this irreversible stuff to your body for this Mistress... if you and her were to part ways... would you feel comfortable with the body you would be left with...? On your own.. without her... are you comfortable forever being this way.....? ......i dunno. maybe this is all "very common" and "perfectly normal" in the "Lifestyle"... i have no idea. i'm still a novice.... and have no real life "Lifestyle" experience... but.......... i know this sounds ... extreme and even emotionally.... edgy/dangerous to me... well I'm not going out to say extreme, but having a pretty substantial medical background, imho, Dr's aren't going to transform a male to a female, on the whims of a Domme---there has to be psychological counselling, medications, meetings etc--so I am having a hard time grasping the reality here, maybe its just too extreme for Me to even do that, but where are the Dr's to say " uh hon--it has to go alot deeper than your whims"

People have had "horns" surgigally planted on their foreheads, tongues divided... And recently I watched a program that featured (among other things) a guy, a betting freek that took a bet from his friend and got 50.000$ for having breast implants,, from a doctor who was his friend and gave it to him free at charge, well lost it at a card game :) The guy now has a B cup I think (not sure on the cup size though) and wont have it removed becouse his friend will pay him 10000 each year he keeps the tits. So, everything can be done, you just have to find the right doctor... And of course there are private clinics all around the world,, maybe even a number of "underground" ones...

Why do you think it's rare? It's not at all uncommon for patients to have internet access post operatively. At the very least, they can use a laptop/modem plugged into the room phone. Many facilities now even offer broadband access. ~stef

Anyway.... having seen what my friend went through.... it's hard for me to believe this story is 100% true (it's possible it's a small bit of truth mixed in with a heavy amount of fantasy - since this story sounds oodles like erotic fantasies i've read about men being forced to become women for their wife/girlfriend/overbearing mother in law..etc). Don't you think it's pretty rare that someone has their gender surgically - irreversibly changed to please their Master/Mistress?... Sure, people have gender reassignment surgery for their own personal reasons..... but i think it's pretty rare someone gets surgery like that because their Master/Mistress has "ordered" them to do it. .... if i recall, Rowena was to have the penis chopped off, gone. there was not mention of hormonal therapy or the like; it was just that in so many days, mistress was going to have it done. perhaps some parts got left off (of the post), or who knows. it just was "out there" enough that the thread was removed by the mods. if transgender surgery was indeed done, this is major surgery, not an outpatient procedure. one would hope that a patient would be spending time recuperating and dealing with fluctuating hormone levels (even with pre-op therapy, removal of certain parts will cause this to fluctuate well beyond what was going on before), not surfing the web. but then again, who knows? i wish you well.

A 17 year old, being still a child in My opinion ( and that of the law in the US ),so I would not call Her extreme, but I would say that she was "training" a child, which is just wrong. As far as feminization is concerned, there as many levels of depth as there are fingerprints or any other identifying facet, that is unique to a human being. Whether or not your Mistress is "out there" should not be your concern. Your gift of submission should be given only when you can fully trust your Handler. If you can do that, then She can take you anywhere She chooses....and it is just where you ought to be, extreme or not.
