would this prevent me from getting an erection, or is it purely for enhanced stimulation?

i dont want to splash out but i am interested in dabbling with chastity, and want something cheap and easy to begin with.

Status: offline 		gates of hell to me are not hellish in one bit at all nor would they be a form of chastity, I have 2 different types, rubber and stainless steel haven't had either on in about 2 years.
