This morning's breaking of the fast was similar to what I have on most of my days off. Founder's Breakfast Stout ( high proof, double chocolate, double coffee oatmeal stout ) Good oatmeal ( ie from steel-cut/scotch oats, not that rolled or instant crap ) with blueberries egg white omelette with feta and three slices of BACON EXPLOSION. ... and people wonder how I can go out in subzero weather to shovel the block ...
