as a (hardworking) rock star, i usually don't eat a well balanced meal - mine are usually fast and on the go which includes breakfast. today, i'm enjoying a grilled chicken salad for breakfast with a caffeine-free pepsi. what did you have this morning?

[8\|] Because of health concerns, I have to eat fairly regularly and consistently. So I make porridge (oatmeal) with sultanas (raisins) and apples in it, with a bit of real butter, to go along with my tea. I try to watch what I eat so that it's not total junk.... [;)]

Yummy. I had a very toasted onion bagel, one half had cream cheese and the other half had cream cheese plus a bit of peanut butter. On top of that I had bits of leftover sliced steak. Yummmmmmmmy!! That is my absolute favorite breakfast (aside from slow cooked steel cut oatmeal with all the fixings), the meat bit varies depending on my leftovers. Yummmmmmmmy!!

i rarely eat breakfast food for breakfast too. i buy cereal, pop tarts and toaster strudles for the girls. having a salad or ham sandwich with sharp cheddar cheese is perfect for me

i dont eat breakfast..i wake up at 11...go to sleep at 2am...i eat at 12:30 and 6ish. diet pepsi is always a part of things.....

Peanut butter toast today with a glass of milk. My normal would be oatmeal depending on time.
