How about an alarm system that activates the lights and a recording of large dogs barking?

Prefer one that electrifies the floors, and fills the house with cns tear gas. ;)

I know a family that lived in Southern California and bred Great Danes. They had a breeder's permit and a large lot so there were 15 so or adult dogs on the property at all times along with 30-odd puppies. (Guess what the after school chores were for the human youngsters?)

They had 2 attempted break ins; one that ended with a trail of blood leading from a window sill to the fence, a lost switchblade and a bitch with a patch of torn blue jeans. And one when someone opened a side door slowly, saw several of the adult dogs sitting there growling, and then slowly closed the door again.

I have 3 00Buck shotgun shells on the ledge of the screen room out back so that anyone outside can plainly see them.
We have plenty of retired people here in the complex (60 condo units) so there's always someone out and about and some of us are pretty mean.
