How many folks here have tried to get their Vanilla partners to participate?  What was the response?

I stopped a long time ago. Actually I have a hard time asking for what I want with a kinky guy or girl too. I've been shut down so many times it feels like why bother? I think I'm really GGG but for some reason I usually find the most selfish sex partners. Not always, but a majority of the time.

i had a b/f that knew what my kinks are, we talked about it, he even bought a paddle and rope..........but he never used them....except like maybe to bring out the paddle and half-heartedly playfully kinda smack me with it once or twice........but that was it. Drove me nuts cause when it actually came to sex.........he could learn one helluva lot if someone handed him a Sex for Dummies manual.......

Bird: Ah, well, I had fantastic success getting him into the kink and domination stuff in the bedroom, but he didn't seem to understand the give and take of the relationship... Just kind of an abusive asshole. I still thought I loved him though, and wanted to make things work, so I suggested poly.

Oops.

I don't think I've ever been called that many names in such a short amount of time before. *shrugs*

What's GGG?

I'm resurrecting this thread somewhat because I'm now in a spot with a fantastically submissive girl who knows damnitall about BDSM or sex in general.  Or life.

Also, she's older than me and far more affluent.  Which makes her inexperience even more poignant.

Yet she's cute as hell, sweet disposition and something about her makes me want to corrupt her, just a bit... to make her just a little less afraid of her shadow... which is a GIANT FLASHING WARNING SIGN, but also, alas, a major kink.

So I'm feeling out different options for introducing her to the idea; I've done this before, but never with so difficult a case.

Got some good ideas here, so a general thank you.  The thread may now rest in peace, if that's its fate.

I have successfully 'corrupted' all of my ex's- even if it was just a little bit of rough stuff. I'm not sure if it's just the kind of people I'm attracted to, or I just got lucky.

When I was 16 I tried to get my then girlfriend and first "love" to participate in some bondage. After we experimented she turned into a freak. Not the ME kinda freak, but a freakin' freaky freak. Seriously, she is now more twisted then almost anyone I know.

I have a similar experience though not quite so freaky.

My 'nilla boyfriends sent me a text one day out of the blue that said "buy a paddle, a corset and some very high heels.  Your budget is $600.  I'll call you when I land at the airfield, then I'll call you with a two minute warning.  When I get there be on your knees in your bedroom, with the paddle in one hand an a beverage for me in the other."

It was a very hot few days of text messaging, etc.  Long sotry short, he gave me one whack with that paddle, I made a gasping noise (of pleasure).  He immediately dropped the paddle and said "oh goddam, baby, did I hurt you, oh shit? I'm so sorry, that's enough of that, I don't know what I was thinking.  I can't stand hurting you like that."

Of course, I was trying to say, by all means, pick it up, don't stop, it wasn't a bad kind of hurt -  I loved it..  He's a hell of a hairpuller and such, but he's never touched that paddle again.  (I trust you all understand the paddle has been put to good use, however *chuckles*)
