Congrats Shawn and DV! Hope everything continues to go well. Shawn have you checked out this website? I thought the Battenberg Apron looked lovely in either the bib or half style. I don't know about Shawn, but I love the apron. I only wish I had a boy to put it on. Jay, Thank you for the sweet words. Losing pup was and is the hardest thing I have gone through, relationship-wise in years. I understand his reasons, but I don't agree with them. If I can make it through one day without tears, I know I will be on the road to recovery. I would love to address everyone's postings, but I haven't the strength, but know that I have read them all. Some have made me laugh..while others brought a tear. I love the strength of Domina's. We rock! <g>

Oooooh, thank you so very much for the help. I think that one looks fantastic...I will see what my Owner thinks later today. Good luck to everybody, and I hope all goes well for the health of everybody who could be doing a touch better. I'll keep y'all in my thoughts, and since I mostly just scan stuff at work for now, I have a lot of free thoughts to give! Oh, and before I forget, another thing my Owner and I did as we had my younger sisters(both 17) over for a family day at the Nashville Zoo. While certainly not the best Zoo in Tennessee, it was a really cool day having most of my family together. DV's Fox

It's been a busy summer with work, work around the house, travel and now finally my long awaited vacation with my family in Orlando. I had the opportunity last week to meet and host a new CM friend from UK. It was fun and exciting. I love showing off Fort Lauderdale and Miami area. It was packed into two days but I think it will be a memorable holiday/finale for him. I'm in Orlando and in all my travels here have seen a small portion of the city mostly around the parks. Anyone out there would like to show a "Supersized bbw" Domme the city? Looking forward to seeing the Woodshed one day. Summer vacation is ending with my daughter returning to school on 18th... What a nice topic! Thank you for bringing it around LadyPact! Survived a crazy time here, helping husband get his store going, dealing with his father's illness and his family so I wasn't entirely sure how he'd take it when I told him I wanted to seek a sub/slave again. We've always had an open relationship and have been supportive of each other but things have been nuts. He didn't even blink an eye and even said he'd be okay with a 24/7 situation with the right slave and situation. THAT floored me becasue that has been something I had always wanted and he'd never been comfortable with. So I'm seeking again and pleased to find this site! I have a rare joint condition and it can make me clumsy and casues me to scar easily. So what do I do? I fall down the steps, twice and gain a new collection of scars. Yes, I am a pretty, pretty butterfly! Work is going well. Husband's store is thriving and my writing is booming. Working on issue three of our magazine and bowing out of this years convention due to them being wankers and my tolerance for nitwits being nil. Just means I've got to pull ads for their program book out of thin air...oh like today. bah to that I say. August is oddly cool for our area but the weather has been lovely! Makes me long for fall...now if I can just find a slave before the leaves change [:D]

I'm kind of busy with a two-week-old infant at the moment, so I'm mostly scanning when I make a few minutes to do so. We're in "sex drive off" mode while we adjust the rest of our lives first, but I think we're both coming to the end of our limit on that, though, of course, we still have to wait for my body to finish recovering before we can return to tab a, slot b. Our fondest wish is for the baby to start sleeping in the co-sleeper most of the time, instead of with one of us in a recliner. Slowly but surely, that reality is approaching. (He made something like four hours last night! Woot!) Really glad this is the last time we're doing this! :P

My new job is taking more hours a week than I ever thought possible, leaving Me drained and burned out most of the time. Fortunately manthing understands that and pampers Me, making time for us at every opportunity, setting things up so that we can be together for some quality time. My only complaint is that I haven't yet won the lotto to retire with manthing so we could travel and play 24 7. Oh well, I'll keep dreaming - and I suppose it would help my odds if I'd buy a lotto ticket once in awhile. All the best, TexasMaam

Life is pretty good at my little farmette. We were not directly affected by the floods but both of my adult children were. My son just had a basement full of water which receded quickly, so he recovered very quickly. He is a hard working, get out of my way and let me do it, kinda guy. He had the basement cleaned out, inspected and water and electric turned back on within days. My daughter was just two weeks from delivering her first baby when it happened and they lost almost everything. Because of the cities hesitance in evacuating everyone in the 500 year flood plane they did not have time to get anything but their pets and a few armloads of clothes out. Also, they were told they might get a few feet of water in the basement worse case scenario. They had 6 feet of water on the mail floor. Had to ram the door to get back in after the water receded and the house cleared to enter. We were able to get my daughter out of the city before the roads were closed so she could stay here with water and AC as most of the city was without power and running water for a good part of a week. The upside, the baby has come, my daughter and her husband are settled into a nice little house and it's all going to be fine. I am ramping up for the big family gathering in September. I am doing the meat for the big day, supposed to be about 80 people for that. The week before, I will have somewhere between 5 and 10 people staying here at one time. Which leads to October and the plans to bring my new girl here for her trial period. I wanted to have her here this month but she is fearful of large groups of people and I thought a week of my family, in and out of the house, was just too much to ask of her right away. All of the furry babies are doing great. Because of the weather I haven't been able to ride much. First all the rain, then the horrible bugs that come with the standing water and humidity. Then all of the mowing, weeding and stuff that comes with great growing conditions. Just another busy summer.

lets see... Met MsIncontrol at a munch last week. I gotta say, shes even cooler in real life than she is on here. Fired our frontman for his addiction. He's no-showed several shows, and when he does show up, is too damn stoned to sing. Plus, none of us would like to go down that road again. No matter how many times we try to help him, he throws it in our faces. Got my acceptance letter from a college, and will be starting later this month. Developed a strong relationship with MoGa, and this may be going farther than we thought it would. I just feel this connection to her. I feel like I can just open myself up and tell her everything. Its liberating. and thats the basic rundown

Well, this last month has been a test for me. I have found a few new friends on this board. Which is nice. Especially since I lost a very dear friend of mine a few weeks back now. I am having medical tests done to help determine the source of various pains in my body that have gone from annoying to absolutely intollerable. These pains have been with me since I was 12, and have slowly gotten worse with time. On the bright side, I went out and bought myself ( with my own money) some new clothes for work and play. Next week I am going to an amusement park with friends and family ( Even though it is supposed to thunder and rain). I am cutting back on how much work I do, which means I am cutting back how much I travel ( I love travelling). I am playing more guitar than I was a few weeks ago, because of the desire to play new songs and master ones I have not played in a while. I am also playing more online games than I was last month. Shaiya being a new hobby, since I have given up hope on Guild Wars now ( It isnt as interesting any more). That about ties things up for me.

I've been back CM for a few weeks ...sorting the usual tsunami of emails and reading the boards. This is a great time to introduce myself. I am an artist,mother of 3 adult children,grandma to 4 and lucky enough to be able to spend time enjoying them daily. I have one active foot boy that keeps me in pedicures and pretty shoes which makes me happy. :) I am looking at a few other viable candidates....will post and probably ask for your imput. Always curious...always learning...having that experience of finding kindred spirits for feelings I've had all my life. Loving life...be well. MsRobin

Thanks LadyPact! Huzzas! to all with things to celebrate (especially to the new mom’s and mom’s to be) and my empathetic well-wishes to those facing life’s challenges. Peace to you LadyPact and also to Lashra. In mid-July I “outed” myself to dear wife and confessed I wanted to be her subby-hubby. (Thanks to everyone for their support.) After an initial flurry of conversation and activity we have descended into old habits. Both of us working far too hard and other commitments and we have not really spoken in ~3 weeks including a wonderful holiday together with the family (with my guts churning). Things will settle down some this week and I hope to prod a little to renew our dialog. I find myself wishing for the ten-thousandth time I could “take the blue pill” and be satisfied with what I have! Damned greener grass; I’ll bet it still tastes like grass.

I am in rude health. Which is a good thing, because things are hopping chez Reigna; my sub is moving in. As he is not a slave coming to me with nothing but the collar around his neck, there's quite a bit going on here in the way of making space for him and his UM--bedrooms being remodeled; closets being cleared; new shelving being put up; years' accumulations of crap being sold off and hauled off as needed. There's been absolutely no time to tie him up, cane the daylights out of him, and then fuck him silly. I'm going NUTS.

First off I just want to wish everyone the best. I hope everyone’s health improves and to every in relationships many happy times. Well, I’m talking to a few boys. A few which will be just for kinky-friendships and a few which are having the possibility for romantic relationships. Which is nice and I’ve met a lot of nice people. I’m starting to spend a lot more time being social and making friends. I’m still working in the same old job; I’m doing 4-ten hour days which is really nice. I do need to start looking for a new job or making better plans with my current one. I’m also thinking of going back to school for a new degree. I’m also debating about looking for a house.

August...My little one's first day of the second grade is tomorrow! Yay! I've been doing a lot of shopping and not the fun kind. Notebooks, pencils, glue...we did go shoe shopping today, and my daughter seems to share my love of them! My girlfriend and I are on the search for a playtoy, well, beat toy is a better word for what we're looking for. Wehave set up 6 meetings, 2 have shown up, 1 of which came home with us for a "try out"...he was sent on his way in less than 45 minutes...he was cute, but he had zero pain tolerance. The other, we have plans to play with on Wednesday evening, keeping my fingers crossed. P.S. Great idea to have a little monthly check in!

August Roll! K, lesee... Fox already told everyone he is moved in. Its been about a week, and we are getting used to it. A few little things here and there to tweak, but its going along swimmingly. Angel and I managed our first playtime since early July today, after his brief stint at being a switch. I think he has switch tendancies but he always comes back to Mommy, so all is well. My exhusband is starting to get the hint that I am not going to be rushing back to him just becasue he is visiting Nashville. He made the mistake of calling while I was at Angels. I told him where I was and what I had planned... in short version detail. I think he gets the point. Got the script for the movie I am going to be working on next month as official staff photographer (my big break, one can hope) and it is CRAP. CRAP I tell you. The worst, stiffest dialog ever written, so I will be having a little chat with the writer. I am also the vampire consultant, for those who can appreciate the irony... to make his vampires more realistic. DV

Lets see... I just finished moving last month to the city where I am finishing my degree in English Education. School starts on the 25th and my finals (for summer quarter) are this week. Oh, and my lovely sub is moving in in two weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!
