Status: offline 		Im not sure as to the type of dresses youd prefer but this site: http://www.fanplusfriend.com/servlet/StoreFront has lots of gothic lolita dresses you can get in custom colors and sizes. If you want something more fetish there was a site I saw a long time ago I could try to dig up.

Well crap. I'm not into goth or lolita stuff but I want every item I saw on that site lol. I love love the mens coats, the apron, the womens shirts the the the the whole thing!

I Googled "adult baby clothing" and came up with businesses that say they do custom fitting.  The clothing I looked at had lots of the frills you seek.

Status: offline 		You might also try www.unikarendesigns.com she doesn't do "custom" dresses per se, but she has a ton of sissy theme dresses in lots of colors and fabrics. Also check out laceys.ca for custom petticoats.
