Has anyone sign a slave contract before? I am new to this kind of scene and I want to sign a slave contract with my male slave but I don't know how to prepare one..So if anyone can show me a sample I would be very gladly.And also I want it to be legal and also stateing that He is mine forever including his properties.

Of course I don't know how legal you can make something that for the most part is illegal. And if push came to shove I doubt any of it would hold up in court anyway.

I looked at your profile to find out what country you reside in.... you are in Ghana and I don't know the laws in that country at all.

I suggest to talk with an attorney to check the legal terminology needed for your country.

Do not expect a slave contract to be legal. They are meant to be a contract between you and your slave as s symbolic gesture. They would never hold up in a court, unless the laws in your country are way different than those most of the posters live in. You would need to contact a lawyer to find out wat you need to do to make a contract legal where you are. I doubt consentual slavery would qualify, but it cant hurt to call.

yes I am checking up on you, interesting link... The D/s contract is nice but the slave contract is so not my style. that much protocol irks me a little.

Slavery is not something you agree to over a contract. You are a slave because a collar was snapped around your neck by someone with a gun to your head, or someone snaps a collar around your heart. Slavery, by definition, is not a negotiable contract, at least in my opinion.
A normal Domme/Sub BDSM relationship is consensual between two adults as had been stated here by others.

Unfortuantely manual slavery still exists in some parts of the world, particularly with children being the goods. The United Nations has published some material over the years that you might find interesting, and going back to 1948 (Google "slavery).

However, even if the slave contract is not quite legal, if you are contemplating marriage, a prenuptual or similar agreement to make his property yours?

We all know a slave contract would never hold up, but the thought of a Mistress trying to drag it through court would be enough to keep my end of the bargain, lol. Unless you sign a "forever" contract in which you are not quite thinking the whole thing out. But sense it will probably be dismissed regardless of the "legalese", Might as well have fun with it.

It should probably be a negotiation on what rights he agrees to give up. (at least this is the way I envision such a thing).

examples of points to be negotiated on might be:

1. Does he agree to relinquesh his identity as a person and agree to become an object a.k.a your property when the contract goes into effect?

2. Control over his body (punishing him, pleasing you, etc.)

3. Is he entitled to any wages or will you garnish them?

5. Does he have a right to choose clothing or wear any at all in private?

You get the idea.

A very interesting point! From the little research i've made slavery was still legal only in Mauritania untill the summer of 2007. It seems though that it is widely practiced particularly in Africa. MamaDomme1 says that she checked and You reside in Ghana but when i checked Your Profile did not exist. What silkenfire says may be the best course of action; if marriage is contemplated a prenuptial agreement may be signed transfering irrevocably all the slave's property to You (care must be taken to keep the slave's property in case of divorce). In the same prenuptial contract You may include the slave's (husband) responsibilities to You and Your rights which in effect means that he will be Your slave without saying so. i believe that such a contract may be legally enforcable. i will not put in question the morale of such a contract here.

I've signed a "Consentual D/s Contract" in the past with my former Mistress and now ex-wife, but it is not of the type you describe. There are many examples of such which you can find on various sites on the net. I know of a Domme in Germany that used to post on a list I subscribed to (DOMestic) that shared of how she had her slave sign over all of his assets to her and then put them in trust to provide for him should something ever happen to her. It included provisions for her untimely death and for retirement should he reach a point where he could no longer serve her. It also provided for his medical insurance and such.

As the moneys were in trust, there were legal conditions and limitations on the circumstance established under which they could be accessed. I believe that would be the closest form of establishing that which you seek without a prenup as others have suggested should you wish to marry him. Any contract of Slavery is of course not legal and not binding that I know of in the US. I'd hope there would be places where he could go to seek shelter and protection from someone who wanted to enforce such a contract should he want out, particularly if there was some form of abuse that was occurring. The NLA has such a program to help those in the lifestyle.

Why somone would want to keep a submissive or slave in a non-consentual manner in this lifestyle is unclear to me, but sadly, I'm confident such individuals exist.

I found a sample contract a while back pertaining to FemDom and cuckolding, I think it was on a cuckolding site. Might not be what you are looking for but I got some great ideas from it. As for writing the rest, just go with your heart. It's a special pledge to eachother that should be treated with respect.

slavery contracts aren't legal...but there is a way to show you are dedicated and be legally bound. i signed Power of Attorney over to Mistress Juana, legally giving Her control over at least the main parts of my life. And it is signed by me and notarized. This is one way to legally give yourself over to Her and it will hold up in a court of law. Not that i would ever even try to find out. Mistress is my life, my all. Without Her i am nothing
