The father in law of US Men's Volleyball coach and father of former US women's volleyball olympian was Killed, and his wife seriously injured, when they and their tour guide were attacked in China.
Considering how much hoopla was made over how "secure" things were going to be, this shows just how short of "secure" things really are. The couple were out sightseeing not 5 miles from the main Olympic stadium when the attack happened, and their attacker jumped to his death.
