It depends on how you define Creativity, really. Artistic? Good with their hands and making things? Talented in some form of what is generally called an Artistic Endeavor, whether that be visual or musical?
I have a few friends who are extremely talented as far as things like carpentry and building and mechanical works. One buddy jokes, "If you can break it, I can fix it." And considering some of the things he's Fixed for me, I'd say he's not far off. The friend that does contracting work for my various Projects getting this house in shape is quite creative in his use of materials, and coming up with designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Ask either of them to sing and they'll set off the neighborhood dogs to howling maniaclly. Dance? HA! 2 left feet, both of 'em. Draw or Paint - not a chance. (Well, one of them has painted - and it was quite good - but he has no real Love for doing so.)
I have enough creativity that my friends don't necessarily Need to be creative in that sense. I'm a trained singer with a classical background in opera, I paint and have even sold a few of my paintings, I write both story and poetry and have had a few poetry pieces published while in college, I do belly dance, ballroom dance, squaredance, and have done jazz and ballet in the distant past. My job Requires that I be creative - part mad scientist, part artist. As long as my friends have an appreciation of the creative process, and an appreciation of the finished product from the creative process, that's fine with me. I'm certainly not going to banish them from friendship based on whether they themselves have any creative talents.
