Yes, you'd have had the same parents, and probably the same situation with them, economically and so forth. But, the way they'd have interacted with you would have been different. The way the whole world interacted with you would have been different.
My mother once told me about her oldest sister complaining about having had an unhappy childhood. She scoffed at the idea because she herself had a very happy childhood and her sister had, according to her, the same childhood as she did. I told her she was wrong. Her older sister had been the oldest child. She and her younger sister were especially close, with her older sister left out of that. And she, my mother that is, had always been her father's favorite. While they lived in the same house under the same conditions, there were three and a half yeard difference in their ages, and thus they had completely different childhood.
In short, if you had gotten a Y gene instead of another X, you would have been an entirely different person than you are, so while you can speculate, you really can't say what you'd be like.
