Status: offline 		I just ran across information,along with a petition against it that MTV is planning on remaking Rocky horror. Along with adding some new songs. BLASPHEMY I tell you.

Status: offline 		I'm not going to knock it till I see it -- I loved the original Rocky Horror, but who am I to say that that was the funniest/campiest it could ever get. (Of course, I don't think anyone will -ever- do Frankefurter like Tim Curry -- but hey, I've been proven wrong before. *LOL*)

Status: offline 		Oh great. Thanks. Now I'm going to be singing "touch-a-touch-a-touch-a touch me" for the whole night (with a chorus of "there's a light over at the frankenstein place" thrown in for good measure).

Status: offline 		It will never replace the original, nor have the same ability to create that mass-performance experience where you could be simultaneously audience and performer, playing for each other and for celebration of bad sci-fi everywhere.  I met Mine at RHPS.  I played Riff, and she Magenta.  She took my direction.  We knew we were in love at the first incestuous hickey. 

They can do what they like, and it might be wonderful but they will never replace the original.  That was "the jazz of a very special hotel."

the movie will begin in .5 seconds and be on endless loop for the next two weeks. lol

As long as we don't start talking about geographical differences in the shout-outs we should be ok.

Never, never replace... I just may have to clear a shelf, though, for the "RHPS Collection"!

Status: offline 		nope ... Tim Curry must never be replaced, EVER... I missed all the live shows, we didnt seem to get that in the UK when it came out, so I first met RHPS because I liked TC in some of his brit tv stuff...... I fell in love with him and Riff Raff thru the movie, so I agree with the blasphemous quote.
