As long as you are providing a service in exchange for the remuneration you require and you are clear about this upfront I would not call that scamming. Your whine about the trials and tribulations of being a pro who advertises on a free matchmaking site fall on deaf ears over in this corner. I think the pros here deserve all of the grief they get. Build a website to advertise yourself. I did. It isn't costly and it isn't difficult.

While advertising professional services on a lifestyle site focused on meeting people is a moral gray area, at best, you are not the scammers in question.

It's the 'women' who request tributes in order to know someone 'is for real' with no intention of ever contacting them once the Amazon gift card is safely secured. Or submissives looking to secure entry from a foreign country.  Or even so much as the person who can't verify their own identity but asks for webcam.  Scammers on this site is generally a catch-all term for frauds.  At least we know what the Pros are after and what we get in return...

That said, all you really need is 'Pro' at the top of your profile... Long explanations how people who don't want your services should somehow be judged on that decision alone will probably draw the ire of trigger happy 'Abuse Reporters'

You have about as much brass to whine about getting dissed for being a pro *here*-as a drug dealer does at DEA headquarter.

Scammers....

The 20 something profile from Ghana that immediately wants to chat on IM with a sob story.  "Send me money" or "YOU TOO could make money with my company".

The most fun scammer I've had contact me was one that claimed to live in Idaho Falls, Idaho.  Weeelllll, I was doing some work for the DOE at INEL and staying in Idaho falls.  Yep, I played with it. Got bored after a while but when she told me her address... and it was the barbecue take out half a block from my apartment.. priceless.

Scammers... the fleas that bite at captolism.

Stefan
