I don't know if it's an Alan Rickman thing for me, but The Sherrif of Nottingham, Hans Gruber, Snape, all sexy costumed roles, brooding good looks, snapping commands and demands. Oh yes.

Oh yes. OH GOD. In the case of Snape I think it's the voice that does it -- never saw the other movies so I can't really comment, but the Snape voice. Yummy. Oddly enough I still recognize that without the voice he's kind of fugly. It just seems to cancel out everything else. Edit: Yes, I know I'm in the sub forum, but fuck that, Alan Rickman as Snape was mentioned and therefore I'm calling squatter's rights.
