LadyBug1967 -> RE: National slave registration (8/13/2008 3:20:30 PM)

I'm registered and have been for several years. I have never had any comments, yea or nay, about it and nobody I've ever met or played with has even mentioned it or asked if I am registered!!! I envision some of my grandchildren one day running across my number with "slave" written beside it in my hand-writing, investigating, and saying "My God. My grandmother was a slave!!! Why didn't anybody ever tell me I'm bi-racial?" I'll turn over in my grave laughing. As has been said before, what's in a name? Or, in this case, number? I had my name legally changed to include my slave name, so now I am _ _ _ _ _ _ _ delight _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _. The judge raised his eyebrows and gave me a look, but that was about it. I only wanted to include it in my name so that I had a middle initial after my last divorce. And now, even the Master who gave me that name is history. Ah, so is life . . . and the lifestyle! Remember, keep it safe, sane, consensual and fun!
