Oh- the key is to watch the face when the 1st Q is asked.  People LIE, and in the gay world one often has no name or a fake name.

I ask what the date of their last STD tests were. folllowed by- what were the results?

I would also ask another question, an important one that many people don't think about:

Since your last test, have you had unprotected sex with anyone?

Because if they answer "yes", it pretty much negates the results of any test they've taken.

Another thing people forget is that some diseases have windows of time where you may test "negative", but the disease is incubating and test in a few months may show "positive".

People seem grossly unware and assume that a clean STD screen is always clean.

around 1986 I was alarmed by all the deaths. I got ahold of old friends to see if they were alive.  I could have been dead.

anyhow- I toned down my activity.  I cant imagine meeting someone that is serious enough to go thru the questions.    You are right....but men lie.   men lie to have sex.  they say anything to get into bed.   if you cant get a real name then you wont get the truth on STDs.

Sure there is. A monogamous, fluid bonded and std free couple. Some people don't need to be chained together 24 seven to act in an ethical fashion.

My partner doesn't need to be chained to me 24/7 or never out of my site to know that I am faithful. Sure, there's somethings that take a while to show up or may never show up, But Maybe you're choosing the wrong partners if you need them never out of yoursite or chained to you 24/7 to know they're not off fucking around somewhere, when you're not looking.

For those who debate me, trust does not equal absolute certainty.  Trust is belief in things you cannot know, certainty is knowledge.  I stand by my statement.

Trust is a beautiful thing, no relationship could survive for any length without it.  That said, apparently the two above are the only two people in the world who were never wrong about anybody they trusted.
