well, this has been a topic many times over on the forum, and it never gets a great answer. Its easy to make female blelts, but to make a replica style male chastity belt isnt easy.

Why make one when they are so friggin cheap. For under 150 you can get 1 of 10 different models. Good luck

What I have done for short term wear is a plastic hockey protective cup with three holes drilled in it; to these holes I rivet three lengths of chain ala G-string style and lock them all together in the small of the back. Sometimes for extra protection I'll wear a thick wetsuit shortie with a back zip that is locked to a collar. The cup by it self prevents sex but I found I was able to orgasm by shaking it or using a vibe. The thick wetsuit makes it much harder to do either.

Go to Waterhole, they make a plastic full sized chastity belt for only $100. Well worth getting when you consider how hard it is to make something that will be near as comfortable and usable long term. The Waterhole belt is also a good idea if you are thinking of moving up to a full belt from a cock cage. It will let you feel what it is like to wear a full chastity belt before you spend $500+ on a steel one.
