I always loved it when they broke up laughing on the old "Carol Burnett Show." Not technically "bloopers," I guess, but it wasn't supposed to happen. That cast was so good together it just made the scenes more hilarious

It may sound silly, but on the dvd's for one of my favorite anime series, Berserk, they have some hilarious bloopers from the voice overs.
This one in particular, about a minute and forty seconds in, gets me giggling every time.
