Barack Obama campaign soliciting 'soft money' for convention

Here's an idea: why don't you dig up some shit on McSenile and post it so we'll know that you are committed to cleaning up the election process, rather than continuously posting your partisan shit about Obama. It's really tiresome.

So is the other candidate and conventions are outside federal funding rules it says.

The really great thing about Obama: since he relies in great part on small donations from private parties, collected via the internet, he can keep going back to that well again, and again, and again....

Meanwhile, John McCain is still trying to figure out how this "series of tubes" thing works... (and relying on the lobbists to bring in the cash from people who expect favors in return.)

Hippie,

I agree with you. This one note song is getting really, really tedious.

I am partisan.  I am decidedly, passionately, categorically opposed to the notion of even a Barack Obama candidacy.  Daily, Barack Obama provides fresh evidence of why he has no business being in this election.

If there is refutation to be offered, I look forward to reading it.

Until then, I remain partisan.

In Minnesota, similar appeals are being made by Republicans to fund their September convention in Minneapolis-St. Paul.

Did you skip past that part. The point is you can only change funding through regulation so everyone is subject to the same rules. That is most likely what Obama is talking about when he says it must stop, rather than taking the moral high ground and shooting himself in the foot by playing on an uneven playing field.

Refutation of an opinion?
