Wellness and Innova are made from human grade ingredients, as are some others.
But unless you get a fish variety of food, I doubt they taste much different from one brand to the other. A bit like melba toast. LOL!
Walmart has been selling 3 Dog Bakery brand of food in a foil type bag similar to what tuna comes in these days. It is made with chicken, rice, brocolli and carrots..... or the same, but with carrots and green beans. It's human grade ingredients and not processed and extruded. It looks like a chicken, rice and veggie cassorole.
Just go with a can of potted meat or chili or spam or tuna or something along that lines, but if you're gonna go with actual dog food, I'd recommend the 3 Dog Bakery stuff above.
