Yes, the subject was a joke, though I've said it often enough as a greeting in real life. :)
Truth is I'm just a Vanilla beau with too much spice to fit in the usual bins. Accordingly, I've been referred here to meet people who won't consider me too damned wierd to know. My unique twists may find a home after all.
I'm rather new to the entire community, so please don't be shy, as I assure you I won't be.
Tell me when I put my foot in my mouth -- you'll be doing me a favor. I promise I will not be offended by constructive instruction. Ignorance is seldom pretty, and I don't want to be That Guy. In fact, don't even wait for me to screw up. Feel free to offer proactive advice. :)
If I manage to meet someone here and strike up a relationship that makes us both mutually happy forevermore, so much the better. ;)
