Has anyone had their sub hit subspace about an hour after a heavy session? My one usually does this, I don't really understand why it would hit so much later while not playing. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Pain is enevitable, suffering is optional

Subspace.. this is one of those words that mean nothing to me, in the Word of Gor: contrived...

I would suggest that you do an extremely light session... and then see what happens.

I do think it's a bit interesting that he hits it after an hour. Are you still pleasuring him-- from my understanding subspace is the perfect mixture of pain and pleasure. Perhaps the ache of the crop, cane, etc. persist -- pain, but he's recieving pleasure from some other source.

Sounds like you are overloading his blood with endorphins and adrenaline-and as long as you keep him present with more stimulation-he is not processing it..

When you stop, it hits his receptors until he metabolizes it.

I have seen it happen before-as the rest have suggested, try something breifer and then time the effect to see what his levels are. I can run an average bottom down with things like random and aryhtmic impact play in about fifteen minutes. If I do it in predictable ways-the adrenalin does not kick in from the flight of fight reaction.

If I do sharp, short, and vary it-they don't get comfortable enough to drone out and wear out my freaking arm. Thery also don't end up with nearly the same levels of physical damage.

Leatherest I thank you as this males alot of sense rings true as to Quinta both of you have been alot of help. My boy is new to the pain game and I like to Hit( i do build him up perhaps more build up is required here) Damn Sadist I am lol.

Babbling idiot is a bit of a keyword that I picked up. How long does he stay in this state? Describe his what he was like during the hour leading up to turning into a babbling idiot.

You just have not had the joy of experiencing this yet in your partner(s). Subspace is one of those things, some sub/bottoms have a very difficult time going there. Some go there very well.

I can see you are one of those seeing is believing kind of guys. Trust me there are many people that actally have seen it, been there, dealt with it, as well as those that experience sub space itself.

Whiplashsmile2 he can stay threre for 3or 4 hours afterwards also sometimes he gets the twitches in his legs. I am not to sure what this is from but I do believe it is a nerve ending response from caning.

I had this happen actually only once. I was with a friend while on travel and we had a great session and it seemed to work out fine and was kind of depressed that i was unfulfilling, and then after we returned to the house, she just sat down and became engrossed in everything that happened and was talking as though she was experiencing it all over again. i am unsure if it was because she was at a club and did not want to lose control or if she was truly experiencing it. When I confronted her, she would hardly express to me what had happen. So personally I do not know but I guess it happens...

When He puts me into sub space, i have many different levels. i'm in one space while there is pain play so my responses and feelings are one way. i have a completely different space when i'm on my knees. And a different one for all the other types of play we engage in. Eventually tho, i'm staggering for about 2 hours afterward and in great danger of missing a few exits off the thruway on the way home :) Then i'm in cozy mental bondage, and that sub space, for weeks afterward. i think Y/you are both very blessed to share this precious gift. i hope Your Dom space is equally satisfying.
